Osage Lady Dancers; From an original painting by Joe Don Brave.
A few years back, I had the opportunity to help a woman, who was organizing the Osage Ballet. She asked that I paint a piece to help her market her project. And so I put an Osage en pointe, showing the graceful step, while wearing an Osage traditional skirt.
