Osage Lady Dancers; From an original painting by Joe Don Brave.
I have spent my entire life, under the arbor of the I-lon-skha dances held by the Osage during the month of June. The ladies dance on the outside of the circle - soft, graceful, gentle, beautiful. I need to paint more of the ladies!
