The Old Boys, is an original painting by Joe Don Brave. The Osage traditional dances are the I-lon-skha. I have danced under the arbor for 45 years, and I paint Southern Straight Dancers often, as I have been absorbed in this world for as long as I can remember. These men are the men before me, the men I dance with and the men that will come after me. No one in particular. Just everyone I have danced with before and in the future.
