This painting was created for the Osage Nation Sesquicentennial, in 2022. I realized that celebrating 150 years in Oklahoma was important, so much history, for the Osage Nation has taken place during these years, and we are still enduring, we have endurance! And so much of this history is centered around the arbor, the circle of the Osage Nation. The place where families come together, to be part of a larger community or Nation. Family is so important! And this painting was created to celebrate just that! Osage Family!
