Sunday, during the month of June, in the Osage, at the I-lon-skha, (traditional dances of the Osage), Individual Songs take place, to honor family, warriors, important people. These are important events for the family, to honor their loved ones. I love Sundays in June in the Osage. (I know this is the same as the description for "Individual Song," but that day is very special to me - I feel the emotions, the energy and the blessings of that day, all year. And these emotions follow me to the canvas!)
